The house has got two bedrooms with doublebeds, there is a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom with cold running water. We have a strong fireproof safety depositbox fitted inside the wall.It has a long covered veranda and a nice garden to sit outside. The compound is surrounded by a high 2 metre wall and has a place to park your car inside.In the garden you find young fruittrees like bananas,lemon and oranges and nice flowers, also there is a hammock , so you can relax and take it easy.You have a nice view on the palmtrees outside.Rental prices are 120 Euro per week or 400 Euro per month. This includes the house, solar power, water and the cleaning lady (Hawa Jatta). She will clean the house, wash and change bedclothes plus towels on a regular basis during your stay, she will also dispose of the rubbish. Because of social control, a watchman is not really needed but can be arranged if required. The gardener will visit regularly to clean the solar panels, tend to the garden and sort out any household problems that guests report to him A strong jeep may be available to rent at a cost of 20 euro per day, please enquire at booking time
